Declaration of true value goods
We ask that you declare the true value of the goods you will store. This means we need to know the total value of all the items you will store in your unit.
The declared value must reflect the total replacement value of your goods if you were to repurchase all of them new today. If you fail to declare the total new replacement value of all your goods, it may lead to reduced settlement if there is a claim. The declaration you make and any changes you make before you move in or while storing with us are only valid once you receive a confirmation of the changes in writing from us.
If you do not declare a value, an estimated value based on the Contents Cover value you selected when you booked your unit will be considered your declared value.
ID
When uploading your ID, please provide a photo of your driving licence or passport. We require photo identification before we give you access to the storage unit.
